System Requirements

To submit an enquiry or application, your computer must meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Supported browsers:
    • Safari 6+
    • Chrome 27+
    • Firefox 22+
    • Internet Explorer 10+
  2. Javascript must be enabled in the browser.

Uploading Documents

Please note the following restrictions for uploading documents (application form only):

  • File uploads are currently not possible on iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). Please use a desktop computer to submit transcripts with an application.
  • Each individual file must be no larger than 5MB.
  • Only the following file types are accepted:
    doc, docx, gif, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, rtf, txt

Technical Difficulties?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties that are not rectified by following the advice above, please try the following steps in order, only progressing if the previous step fails to fix your problem:

  1. Reload the page or click the link on the referring page again. This will load an empty form for you to begin again.
  2. Quit the browser and reopen (save the URL first so you can return easily).
  3. Report the problem to foundationstudies@trinity.unimelb.edu.au. Be sure to include the following information:
    • your operating system and version (e.g. Windows 8, Mac OSX 10.8.4)
    • your browswer and version (e.g. Safari 6.0.5)
    • the URL of the form you are trying to submit
    • a description of the problem you are having (i.e. what you are trying to do and what happens instead
    • the text of any error messages (a screenshot is even better).
